Hi! I'm Maddie, the founder and principal consultant of MJ Consulting. I'm based in Austin, TX, but I'm proud to serve nonprofit organizations all over the US.
With over 18 years in education and 7+ years in grant administration, I launched MJ Consulting in 2021, driven by a deep passion for supporting change-makers in their pursuit to make the world a better place. To me, the thrill of "getting the grant" never gets old-and I'm dedicated to my clients' success.
Off the clock, I'm an exercise and health enthusiast, a singer/songwriter, and a fervent supporter of animal welfare.
